The fund provides financial assistance to qualified public and private training institutions, NGOs, industry associations, and research organizations to deliver market-responsive training programs. Priority sectors include ICT, garments and textiles, healthcare, tourism and hospitality, agro-processing, transportation, leather and footwear, shipbuilding, and light engineering. (NHRDF)

NSDA-funded programs focus on:

  • Youth skill development

  • Employment generation

  • Freelancing and digital skills

  • Industry-based technical training

  • Overseas employment readiness

  • Women and disadvantaged group empowerment

  • Entrepreneurship and innovation development

Through collaboration with government agencies, training providers, and development partners, NSDA ensures quality training aligned with national competency standards and labor market demands.
